Log every jolt with G & place
Download on the App StoreCargoShock watches acceleration continuously. The moment an impact crosses your threshold, it captures the half-second before and after — with the time, GPS location, and tilt angle — as one event. No need to watch a screen while driving.
Choose from truck freight, courier, or precision equipment — each comes with a sensible G threshold. Or dial in your own number. Switch presets between trips without losing data.
When you arrive, one tap generates a single image with the trip summary, impact count, max G-force, and a table of every event with time, location, and G. Save it or send it straight to your claim system.
If background tracking pauses, CargoShock tells you instead of silently showing zero. You'll see the gap, its length, and a guide to fix it — no more hidden losses.
While you drive, impact count and max G appear on your Lock Screen. Quick glance, no phone unlock needed.
No account, no server, no analytics. Location is used only to record where impacts happen. All data lives on your device and never leaves.

None. All recordings, settings, and history stay on your phone. Location is used only during active recording to mark where each impact occurs; it is never stored, sent to a server, or used for analytics. You can disable location in Settings and use the app with manual coordinates.
No. CargoShock estimates impact severity from your phone's built-in accelerometer. Because phone sensors vary and mounting angles matter, the readings are approximate — a guide and documentation aid, not a legal standard. Always verify important measurements with certified equipment if needed for insurance or legal claims.
CargoShock records the gap and shows it to you — you'll see when tracking paused, how long the pause lasted, and a guide to re-enable continuous recording (always-allow location). It never hides data loss.
No. Recording works completely offline. Your phone's motion and location sensors are all you need. Settings and past trips are stored on your phone and sync locally.
Yes. The app includes three factory presets (truck, courier, precision) tuned for common loads. You can also set a custom threshold in decimal values (e.g., 1.5G, 2.8G) and save it as your preferred setting.
