Privacy Policy

SeasonWood is built to be useful without knowing anything about you. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs of any kind. Your stacks, your readings and your settings stay on your device.

We collect no personal data. Nothing you enter into the app is sent to us, and we run no servers holding your information. The app makes exactly one kind of network request: it asks Open-Meteo, a public weather data service, for historical climate figures for the area where your wood is stacked. Before that request is made your coordinates are rounded to two decimal places, roughly a one kilometre grid, and they are sent with no identifier, no device information and nothing that links the request back to you. Location access is entirely optional. You can search for a town by name instead, and either way the coordinates are used only to look up local climate. Notifications, if you turn them on, are scheduled locally by iOS on your device and no reminder ever passes through us.

Questions about privacy, or about anything else in SeasonWood, are welcome. Write to info@netflowers.co.jp and we will get back to you. If you would like to remove everything the app has stored, deleting SeasonWood from your device removes it, since all of it is held locally.
