Can I create more than one meetup pin?
Yes. Drop separate pins for your viewing spot, the food-stall area, the parking lot, and more, and switch between them as needed. Each pin can carry its own photo and landmark note.
Does the other person need to install the app?
No. They just scan your QR code and the meetup spot opens in their phone's built-in Maps app. There's no need to install HanabiSpot.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. The direction and distance are calculated on your device, so the arrow and distance to your meetup spot still work even with no connection.
The direction arrow seems off. What can I do?
This depends on your device's compass accuracy. Move your phone in a figure-8 motion to calibrate it, and make sure you've allowed the app to use your location.
