Privacy Policy

TrashLive keeps only what it needs to put bin night on your Lock Screen. There's no account, no sign-in, and nowhere that asks for your name or your address. Here's exactly what goes to our server at https://trushlive.netflowers.jp.

Sent to and stored on the server: a randomly generated device ID (user_id) created by the app, your collection schedule (days, weeks, dates and the bin names you typed in), the time you want the note shown, the note colour, your app language, your time zone, and the push notification token needed to show the Lock Screen note. If you share with your household, the nickname you use in the group and the record of a bin being marked as out are stored too. Not sent, ever: your name, email address, street address, phone number or location. There's no registration and nothing to log in to. None of it is used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to track you. The random device ID points at a device rather than a person, and only exists so your schedule reaches your own iPhone.

Privacy questions, or want your data deleted? Email info@netflowers.co.jp. Ask for deletion and we'll wipe your schedule and notification token from the server.
