Privacy Policy
TrashLive holds only what it needs to put bin day on your Lock Screen. There is no account, no sign-in, and nowhere that asks for your name or your address. This is precisely what reaches our server at https://trushlive.netflowers.jp.
Sent to and stored on the server: a randomly generated device ID (user_id) produced by the app, your collection schedule (days, weeks, dates and the bin type names you typed), the time you want the note shown, the note colour, your app language, your time zone, and the push notification token required to display the Lock Screen note. If you use household sharing, your nickname within the group and the record of a bin being marked as put out are stored as well. Never sent: your name, email address, postal address, telephone number or location. There is no registration and nothing to log in to. None of this is used for advertising, sold on to third parties, or used to track you. The random device ID identifies a device, not a person, and exists purely so your schedule reaches your own iPhone.
For privacy questions, or to have your stored data removed, email info@netflowers.co.jp. Tell us you'd like it deleted and we will erase your schedule and notification token from the server.
