Please mention your iPhone model, your iOS version and which bin type it happened with — it saves a lot of back and forth. We reply in English and Japanese.

The note hasn't appeared on my Lock Screen.
The automatic morning display comes with Pro (yearly), so check Pro is active first. Then go to iOS Settings, TrashLive, and confirm Live Activities and notifications are switched on, and that the display time is set to the morning. Low Power Mode can hold the note back.
What can I do without Pro?
Setting up your collection days, the reminder notifications before collection, and bringing up the note yourself are all free. Pro adds the automatic Lock Screen display each morning.
Can it handle a fortnightly rota, or 1st and 3rd Wednesdays?
Yes. Pick weekly, fortnightly, an Nth week of the month, a set date each month, or individual dates. For bank holiday changes, add or adjust that single date.
What happens when someone else in the house puts the bin out?
Whoever taps done first clears today's note from every Lock Screen in the shared group. The only thing you set up for sharing is a nickname used within the group.
Does it run on iPad?
TrashLive is an iPhone-only app. It is designed around the Lock Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island.
