Thanks for using TrashLive. If the note didn't turn up, a fortnightly rotation is landing on the wrong week, or something else looks off, drop us a line at info@netflowers.co.jp. Let us know your iPhone model, your iOS version and which bin type it happened with, and we'll get to the bottom of it faster. We reply in English and Japanese.
FAQ
No note appeared on my Lock Screen.
The automatic display is a Pro (yearly) feature, so check Pro is active. Then open iOS Settings, tap TrashLive, and make sure Live Activities and notifications are allowed, and that your display time is what you expect. Low Power Mode can delay it.
What's free?
Setting your collection days, reminder notifications before pickup, and showing the note manually are all free. Pro adds the automatic Lock Screen display.
My recycling is fortnightly and green waste alternates. Can it cope?
Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly, an Nth week of the month, a set day each month, or individual dates. Add each bin as its own type and give it its own rotation.
How does sharing work at home?
Everyone follows the one schedule. The first person to tap done clears tonight's note from every Lock Screen in the group. Sharing only asks for a nickname used inside the group.
Can I use it on an iPad?
TrashLive is iPhone only — it's built around the Lock Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island.
