Manufacturers quote recoat times against reference conditions, usually around 21C and 50% relative humidity, and the corrections for other conditions come as broad bands rather than an equation. Showing one precise time would mean inventing precision the source data does not have.

In hot, dry air the surface can skin over before the paint has levelled, leaving brush marks in the finish. Fast drying is not automatically good news, so the app flags it rather than reporting an early finish.
