How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro, everything unlocks again at no charge — including on a new device.
Where is my data stored?
Everything — photos, notes, and reports — is stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and no account is needed. If you delete the app, its data is deleted with it, so it's worth exporting your reports as PDFs first.
How does the app get the weather?
Weather and temperature come from Apple Weather (Apple's WeatherKit service). Your location is processed entirely on your device to fetch the local forecast — it's never sent to our servers, and we never see it.
What's the difference between the free version and Pro?
The free version lets you run one observation theme, and exported PDFs carry a small watermark. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited themes, all report templates, and watermark-free PDFs. There's no subscription at all.
Can my child use it without an account?
Yes. There's no sign-up, no login, and no ads. Kids can use the app entirely on their own, and parents can relax knowing no data ever leaves the device.
